Macromastia Hypnotist

Around Mottarone
A beautiful sunny Sunday we drove to the northwest, straddling the provinces of Verbania and / Cusio / Ossola and Novara to climb to one of the most difficult ascents' long near Milan: Mottarone from Baveno.

Carpugnino to leave the car, just beyond the exit of the motorway. I'm in the car with George and Francis awaits us in the area. The first kilometers are downhill freschino ago and then reached the lake we ran into a train of forty cyclists proceed apace. They range between 35 and 40 km / h for Baveno luck comes in a flash. Here
away the jacket, and down 'his head on the handlebars: the ascent to the summit of Mottarone: they are little more' than 20 km climb with an elevation gain of about 1250 m. The average slope does not seem difficult, but misleading: in fact the case the hill reserve more 'challenging just in the last 2 km and half' and 'interrupted by a couple of kilometers slight slope.

For the first few turns I can keep up with Francis, but then my usual pouches are felt and I dragged inexorably down: Francesco gradually goes away, George and 'just behind me . In short, we arrived at 3, but everyone goes uphill with his pace and separate proceedings. This should not be a problem except that I Gignese to miss the turnoff for the abruptly Mottarone and I find myself almost in the country. You ask and tell me to go back and take the first left, adding "ocio 'that is hard ..".
In fact, the first stretch of a hundred meters after the turn is enough to stand but nothing compared to the ramp that appears after a hairpin. In these moments I think back with joy to the choice of using the wheels on the high-profile behind the 25 instead of the usual 27, as I was smart .... I'm standing on the pedals and do a hard beast to get the short slight slope that allows me to catch his breath a bit '.

In short, this marked me tear the legs and also paves the way where I really struggle to rise. Then comes the chance for a small plateau before the barrier that blocks access to the car for the ascent to the summit. Francis, who is waiting for me here, very kindly reminds me that the real climb begins. Really cool!

In fact, the real climb, the one that has no breaks, it starts here with the hairpin turns that take us from 800 to 1450m in less than 8 km. And the last 2 km are the most 'duri.Pero' the satisfaction of reaching the peak, overlooking seven lakes and 'unique.
A short coffee break 'and it starts falling towards Armenian side of the Mottarone Orta. Before reaching the valley floor, turn left and face the beautiful detour uphill to Coiromonte. A narrow road that winds through fields and woods of chestnut trees, quiet and green. Are less than 300 m in altitude up to Coiromonte before the new descent and return to the Upper Vergante Gignese and Carpugnino. In the end
1800 m about 60 km in altitude. A challenging ride in an ideal climate cool and clear.

The climb to the Prati di Nago: 34X28 and forget the other reports

Saturday morning I went to Riva del Garda with the intention to concentrate in a few kilometers a bit 'of climb. The rise of the Prati di Nago and 'ideal.
After ten kilometers of heating to Torbole, you begin the trip up the old road to Nago is a long straight at about 10%, the ideal front
ipasto of the day .
through the town of Nago, after a short stretch in sticks falsopiano the actual climb.

are 12.5 km of road that is screwed up on the ridges of Mount Altissimo of Nago from 200 m to 1525 m you will reach the end of the asphalt. The first
km are the ones who suffer most ': slope c
despite more than 10% with little shade and a few hairpin turns. On the other hand opens up breathtaking views of Torbole and Riva, over there 'more than 800 m' at the bottom.

Riva and Torbole

The road then enters the wood: I have now acquired a fairly regular pace and helps cool much, the curves are more 'frequent and slopes less steep.

A classic solo trips

But still missing the last 2 km along which the road makes a leap of 240m, a deadly leap, especially because 'a violent tears. Whether to exceed 18% even if short and 'hard when your legs are already weighed down by drop' ground.

The final 'unfortunately an unnamed point in the forest where the paved road ends without notice. Here is' time for a quick drink of water and then I throw it down with great care. The road and 'narrow, steep and full of curves blind, it requires great care. Every so often I stop to admire the lake, which gradually approaches. An incredible sight.

At the end will be 42 km to 1450 m in altitude. VAM average around 900.

Difference Diana F Et Diana F

Enduro plateau

I always wanted to spend a whole day running, and almost a month ago There was succeeding, but then because of a broken bolt I had to come home with the carriage of Hank.

So I dedicate many hours of my evenings to dream and plan a trip plateau: with the help of the computer, read the map to the drafting of the route by reducing transfers to the bone on asphalt, supplies and support. Poring I already imagine the different paths, woods, slopes, and that delicious smell of the bark.

According to my calculations the planned development around 197 km of which 49 are asphalt, but I had not considered the transfer from a Dueville Calvene and back ... "however you always have time to shorten the course" in basic time, the unexpected, gasoline etc.. (Photo opposite: they are almost at altitude).

Decided on holiday and got a bit 'at a time as I spent preparing the bike for the garage, without showing it to my better half: lubricate the chain, getting ready boots, caps, map, and the carrier backpack with some tools and spare parts.

Unfortunately, none of it adds Motobruco exit and go around alone is not always the best for security reasons: reassure and console me with the phrase "so you will be more cautious."

the morning departure to deal with certain matters of family and nine are in the saddle. The usual stream allows me to get up to eat the tires up without Calvene odious bitumen. Way to Camisino and, at high altitude, reaching a steep dirt road to the top of the Rooster. In blending the pack while the wheels and I put it in my shoulder.

Stop relaxation: an African heat around me, go in the sun without even a tree made me sweat! With a bit 'belt and a wire recovered from traffic signals, with the cord clamp fix it and then tie the backpack in the back of the bike: too heavy to take back all day!

I return to the valley around the Magnaboschi working day and despite the many hikers crossing: now we are in full holiday period. Return to the mountain hut, then turn north toward Turkey, then south to Monte Corno, in practice a kind of back and forth along parallel valleys. All dirt pleasant to go in the third or fourth, but it would be too much dust behind me ... so I'm holding, but the desire to give a lot of gas.

From here I move a bit ', I put good-looking-in the valley of Campo Rossignolo and savor this moment as a child at the carnival ride passes from one to another! Comes out after five miles of land on the asphalt road that leads to Asiago, across the road and head for the observatory, then changed course and through a cart Melago arrival in the Valley to the slopes of the Col del Rosso, where lift part of the same name: "a bit of 'I'll be up there." Some souvenir photo and then added on top, at about 1300 meters, where I can admire the valley and 600 m below the Church of Sasso.

arrived at the church I stop nearest: pompom, although perfectly original, has attracted the attention of the usual old ladies arrival of foreigners, so that leaves the house (correctly filling a trivial matter) without even asking me and shouts: "At one mezzaaaa! !! " He had already realized that I needed a little 'precious nectar green. " Half an hour of rest, just long enough to grab a bite at the bar: a classic, coca-cola and bread deleted!

Exchange the classic four ciàcoe with the bartender, and then with the little gas station that rightly already knew my intentions play, "trails is prohibited, and how the fetus with the forest?" "I hope not cross go out during the week because there is less confusion, "" E 'yes, you ghe Rason, de sabo domenega and spends a lot of par de bike here! "

Back on my feet and go up the hill, then down to Val Frenzela. Here the landscape ... nice donkeys make me company.

The trail is fabulous, gravel and stones covered by a soft mattress of leaves, as well as vegetation that made me always in the shadow run: more than wearing a helmet, I felt like a Mexican wearing a sombrero off! Here's looking cool is just the time for siesta!

I still remember the first time I was in Val Frenzela with Hank, the release of a dense forest has opened a marvel, a valley in the center with a small trickle of water. In this case, however, we have come from another point, here is a classic jump in cement.
I walk the dirt road along the valley, then go down near the shore for the classic photo of ritual: children playing, someone takes the sun! Hank, this is the point where we stopped one time, right?

Transfer relax for a few km, until you take a road that then turns out to be closed by barbed wire: I could go but I see some dogs in the distance related ergo ... "who knows where the hidden master ... mmmm best to cut this part, so arrival at Mule field for the same road.

The final destination is to arrive at the shelter and Barricata here take what is for me the "dirt of the century" even though in an earlier release with Hank and I almost fell crashing (still my knee suffers, in fact one of those injuries that you mark for all time); curves and counter this, make me want to give a little 'over gas between gentle slopes and a fund-land gravel that looks like the ring of the speedway. Fabulous, even for those who travels with muscular twins!

Start now what we already feared to be (reading the map) The most isolated and remote. I was already hesitant in drawing up the path, whether armed or not, but a total of 14 km of earthworks were missed.
A slight fear envelops me, like a caving in the first moment of the descent into the cave, but the fear is right that there is, it makes you stay alert, attentive to every little change, background, noise and moving around! By almost silent in the woods of Frattini's a bit 'of time that this path is not wise wheels of an SUV, the grass grows lush and in fact there are many trees that require me to leave the path. I only stop for a moment, leave the engine running and like I was in a museum, I steal a photo to this amazing scenario!

I am come to the shelter Barricade (next opening after a massive restoration): 130-righteous right-side up to the mileage. Short stop, eat the last remains of my sandwich and listen to the voices of those responsible for the place, how to recover a bit 'of energy, including solar panels, photovoltaic generators and gel batteries!

I still remember when as a child every two weeks in Val Maron I went up to ski with my family. How much waiting at the gates to take the hook and that long to get on the lift and then go down Lisser in no time!
To get to Val Maron and take a dirt road from here to the Tomb is a snap thanks to this road. At the same time I reappeared towards the great valley to the hut Marcesina. The
my time is running out, I read the map (always beautiful in my sight because of the crock) and will not take what could be the most interesting part, with another 30 km off-road: it's time to return. Thanks

adventure and reached the goal, I feel a bit 'stronger and more secure, so arrived at the junction of Horse Camp resume the "dirt of the century" and now there is none for anyone to shovel gas, the 600 roared The Michelin AC10 fatigue to stay straight, I perform in drifting and detached with bionic appendages bursts of return, great sound, do not cross and so no paint at every bend of the beautiful lines, like a brush that slides on a white canvas! Mule Camp!

Arrive in Gallio, I take the Val Frenzel and I rest a moment by the fountain. I more or less the same route in the morning, arriving in Monte Corno, off in the last km of altitude, then descend in Calvene ...

Return classic with some digression to find new passages between branches, bushes, rocks ... and even a flock of sheep!

Fine, 18:40, 227 km.

Is Tight Chesty Cough Symptom Of Flu

Lourdes

... so this year we did, we were in Lourdes. A beautiful place, where faith and hope are never lacking, and every day thousands of people visit this enchanting place.

DEPARTURE
It all started with deciding how to get ... by train? Plane? Package tour? No, nothing like that in the end we decided for the camper. Hire a camper, large enough, a six bed: comfortable comfortable.
Several hours spent at the computer to define the route, the choice of campsites, places to stay ... prohibited wait!

Preparations in full swing, you load the bikes, Alice office supplies, various bags with clothing and even something for two to three days at sea! Mom is busy at home, while Pierce patrols his way up the RV and it seems happily satisfied: he has understood that to be a bit 'days of her house!

THE FIRST STEP - GENOA
We arrived in Genoa to eleven. Parked the camper at the camp Villa Doria, we had lunch and then we went on foot to the sea to take the boat-bus that took us directly to the old port, to visit the aquarium.

We have always heard so enthusiastic about a bit 'all and will be for this reason that we were expecting something amazing.

The children certainly enjoyed the two of us but we were a little 'disappointed. Although everything has been fun to see the piranhas, sharks, dolphins and many other fish.

THE SECOND STAGE - Grau du Roi, Camargue Camargue
, you know, the land of horses and the second stage over 400 km brings us to Grau du Roi.

ritch After several miles on the freeway we get to the destination by an alternative route and so here's our break ...

The camp is very great, friendly, clean and a nice playground for children. There are also two pools, one outdoor and one not, but this camp is only a short break, in fact the next morning we start now to get it right.
The third stage - LOURDES We start slowly, we do not really have a punch ... the road is good, the weather a bit 'not, in fact we find a time that is with us for over three hours drive from Narbonne to Toulouse, the weather improves here and travel to Lourdes co n the sun. Even here the last few miles we walk them to the strategic from normal , admiring the scenery and the slopes of the Pyrenees. We arrive camping in the afternoon.

LOURDES
The camp is really small, 19-20 pitches, not more, with a family, but it is kept very well: a beautiful lawn, plants that make a nice shadow and bathrooms are in under ... adequate say.

The greatest surprise was to know Matt and Chloe, two English boys, traveling with their VW van by 74, which would leave them for a few days for Italy. The result was a friendship, thanks to our media, so that (I anticipate), I've hosted in my house in a weekend in July, making him visit my province (but I will talk about in another post).

This small town is obviously magic, visitors, tourists, the faithful everywhere, from all over the world for a pilgrimage to the cave.

Exit with Navaho and Alves is not exactly a walk, here for sure, push and sometimes it's hard to stay on the path to what may be tight ... and do not deny that a few days before a bit 'of fear there.
